Bragg Jam President Everett Verner said, “The partnership we’ve established in Macon with Bragg Jam, and Savannah with The Revival Fest and Savannah Stopover has become one of my favorites. We’ve both benefited with connections and marketing in ways that have really helped turn these sleepy historic towns into hotspots for musical events, and we can’t wait to greet our Savannah Festival kin when they hop off the bus this year!”
Lisa Love, Director of Music Marketing and Development for Georgia’s Tourism Office, adds, “With more than 75 music festivals statewide, Georgia is jam-packed with signature experiences to engage fans. Last year’s bus excursion was a creative collaboration that united two wonderful festivals and introduced Bragg Jam and Macon’s music heritage to new audiences. It’s a win-win for music tourism in Georgia.” The excursion is sponsored in part by Georgiamusic.org.
