Amsterdam Dance Event Program Almost Complete

The wold’s largest and most epic club-based festival, the Amsterdam Dance Event, has almost completed their program for 2016. Scheduled for October 19-23, the Amsterdam Dance Event, or ADE, attracts electronic music fanatics from around the globe. With 2,000 various sub-genre DJ’s playing at 300 events in 100 different venus over 5 days, ADE is a haven for electro music lovers. It’s incredible program and impressive lineup makes Amsterdam one of the most thriving clubbing cities in the entire world. Additionally, there is a conference to accompany the 5-day party . The ADE conference  is an epicenter of knowledge about the technology, business, and industry behind electronic dance music.

The Third Wave of Announced Artists for the Amsterdam Dance Event

The organizers of ADE recently announced their third wave of artists who will participate in this incredible event.  With this most recent announcement, the program for 2016 is almost complete. ADE’s  new additions to the lineup include some of the biggest names in the international electronic dance music scene. Some of these iconic artists added are:

More ADE Conference Keynote Speakers Revealed

In addition to the amazing artists lineup announced in the third wave, ADE just announced a fantastic list of speakers joining the event’s conference. Each every one of these guest are influential moguls and innovative game-changers. The added keynote speakers include the record label owner and DJ Gilles Peterson (FR),hip-hop innovator Kurtis Blow (US), DJ and producer Laidback Luke (NL), and electronic artist and technology explorer Richie Hawtin (CA). Additionally,  the multi-platinum producer Scott Storch (US) and producer Sevn Alias (NL) will join the conference.

These new additions are joining an already inspirational group of previously announced speakers. Amsterdam Dance Event Hackathon

ADE, DGTL, and Young Creators were proud to announce the international premier of a global dance scene hackathon. The goal of this special event is to inspire new entrepreneurship and innovation.  Technology and data usage has become more influential in the dance music scene. Thus, the three parties hosting saw the event as necessary in order to discover further opportunities in this component of the industry.

The ADE hackathon will ask, designers, smart developers, and entrepreneurs to ponder the obstacles that face the dance and festival scene. Another challenge they will face is to consider possible opportunities that data reading and technology usage offer. The event’s organizers will invite a carefully selected group of 100 brilliant minds to this 24 hour event. The hackathon organizers will ask the participants to develop smart concepts, new apps, and spark inspiration. Some topics these minds may be challenged with include: Safety & Security, Enhanced Festival Experience, Dance & Travel, and Festival Logistics.
