This Autumn Promises to be a Great Festival Season

As the warm August days begin to feel more like autumn, many people feel bummed at this time that summer is winding down. However, there is still a ton of festivities to look forward to in the coming season. The good news for festival junkies: the temperatures might get colder but there’s always an incredible event somewhere in the world. Below are two huge international festivals that are highly anticipated this Autumn; Oasis in Morocco, and the Amsterdam Dance Event in the Netherlands.

Oasis in Morocco

The luxurious hotel, The Source, will be hosting the incredible Oasis festival. It is scheduled for September 16-18. The event will give visitors the opportunity to enjoy music from the techno, house, disco, and electronica genres. Visitors will be able to chill at this special festival with opportunities like hanging by the pool, partaking in yoga classes, getting massages, and taste culinary delights of local street food. Cleary, Morocco’s intense autumn heat will be no match for the relaxation opportunities the festival offers. Moreover, guests will have breathtaking views of the close Atlas Mountains.

As the hot autumn sun begins to set, the music and DJ’s will fill the night’s soundtrack. The lineup for this special festival include Bicep, David August, B. Traits, Dixon, Derrick May, Eli & Fur, Dubfire, Helena Hauff, Job Jobse, Hunee, Tale of Us, Virginia, and the Tale of Us.

Tickets to Oasis are available for about $316. Click here to buy passes to this unique event.

This Autumn’s Amsterdam Dance Event

This year’s Amsterdam Dance Event, ADE, promises to deliver another memorable year. As Amsterdam is internationally recognized as a center for a colorful nightlife, it is only fit that the city hosts this remarkable event. The city is also known for being the hub of the electronic music scene. Obviously, it makes sense that over 375,000 electronic music fans migrate to ADE each fall. This year’s festival will be hosting over 2,200 artists performing at more than 100 of Amsterdam’s party venues. It is scheduled for October 19-23.

Another exciting component of ADE is a special opening concert from the event’s founder Henrik Schwarz and the Metropole Orkest. Additionally, more artists will join the opening concert. The  lineup includes names such as Ben Klock (DE), Fedde Le Grand (NL), Daniel Avery (GB), Jeff Mills (US), Rebolledo (MX), Ricardo Villalobos (CL), Noisia (NL), and Skepta (GB).
