Elrow, the legendary party series brought to you by Spain’s Arnau family, is one of the most beloved dance music institutions in all of Europe. Marking its only North American event this year, Elrow partners with NYC’s Electric Zoo: The 6th Boro on Labor Day Weekend (9/3/17) to bring you a spectacular Bollywood dance party.
In a kaleidoscopic explosion of color, elrow brings the flamboyance and drama of Indian Bollywood to the 6th Boro. Come watch Electric Zoo’s Hilltop Arena transform into an exotic paradise as stilt-walking Bhangra dancers, belly-dancers and snake charmers keep partygoers on their toes. Explore new foods, Indian embroidery, incense, and mind-blowing Dj sets, all stationed around a spectacular Taj Mahal replica. You can expect to see artists such as Thomas Jack, Claptone, The Black Madonna, De La Swing, and Marc Maya there, plus a B2B set with ALX and Charles Meyer.
Electric Zoo is the only place where stateside fans can experience Elrow. Elrow’s penchant for inflatable flair, custom confetti, and bold imagery makes them a colorful standout from the typically stoic world of underground clubbing. The madcap Catalonian carnival has previously brought its unique, mind-bending vibes to major European festivals like Glastonbury, Tomorrowland, Parklife and Hideout, and was named Club of the Year by the U.K.’s prestigious Mixmag. Last summer, elrow made a lasting impression with their ten week sold-out run at Space Ibiza. This summer, Elrow’s show at Amnesia, Ibiza’s #1 nightclub is selling more tickets than anything else on the island.
