CHEVELLE REVEALS NEW ALBUM THE NORTH CORRIDOR AND NEW SINGLE, “JOYRIDE (OMEN)”

Multiplatinum alternative rock band Chevelle return with their eighth full-length album, The North Corridor with Epic Records, available in stores and through all digital retailers July 8, 2016. The Chicago trip unveiled the first single, “Joyride(Omen)” May 12th to fans’ delight.

The North Corridor follows up 2014’s acclaimed La Gárgola, that was debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 upon release and earning the group plenty of fan love. Now at their third consecutive collaboration, the band teamed up with producer Joe Barresi for the new record’s ten tracks. With its thick guitars, hauntingly hypnotic vocals, and crushing rhythm, “Joyride (Omen)” siphons the aggression of early Chevelle, while boldly progressing once again. The entire tracklisting can be found below.

In support of the album, the band hits the road this summer on a co-headline tour with alternative legends Bush beginning July 23 at Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, OH. In addition, they play a series of key rock festivals and radio shows across the country. Confirmed schedule is enclosed. More U.S. tour dates through October will be announced Tuesday May 17. Chevelle, since 1999, has stood at the forefront of hard rock, constantly evolving and progressing while delivering a series of ubiquitous and unescapable anthems. The North Corridor, however, is a fresh new place for the group to play and charm fans’s ears in.
