While some of us are still daydreaming about EDC Orlando, it’s time to look ahead to what Insomniac has in store for the rest of the year. It’s no secret that Insomniac comes prepared for their events. Their priority is delivering high-quality immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression on their guests. As the year comes to a close, Insomniac is gearing up for one final blowout before this decade is done.
Countdown NYE 2019 is set to be the largest New Year’s Eve party on the west coast. In its 6th year, Countdown will be curating an unforgettable alien themed party that celebrates the greatest edm artists in the galaxy. With over 30 artists from around the world playing across four uniquely designed stages, Countdown is primed to be an unforgettable night.
The stages at Countdown are aptly named, of course. Mothership, Nebula, Area 51, and Twilight Zone will all feature their own distinct atmospheres where aliens and other intergalactic beings will come together. Top tier artists like Alesso, Galantis, and Porter Robinson will be sure to bring in some of the biggest crowds, but don’t make the mistake of sleeping on the undercard. Talent at Countdown will not be spread thin as Gryffin, Said the Sky, Borgore, and Oliver Heldens are just a few of the names who fill out this incredibly deep lineup of quality artists.
The Chainsmokers will be headlining as well, making their first appearance at an Insomniac event since 2017. With the release of their third studio album today, anticipation for this show is at an all time high as we count down the days until New Year’s Eve.
Additionally, Bassrush will be hosting a slew of Insomniac first-timers who will be taking over the Twilight Zone stage all night. Blunts & Blondes, Svdden Death, and Eliminate are among those ready for their debut.
If last year’s event is any indication, edm fans will be more than satisfied with the amenities. The 2018 New Year’s Eve extravaganza included champagne toasts, confetti showers and heated seating areas to ensure the comfort and happiness of the fans.
Countdown NYE 2019 will be a one night affair (12/31/19) and will be held at the NOS Events Center in San Bernadino, CA.
