Euphoria Music Festival Returns August 2017

After an incredible festival in 2016, the organizers of Euphoria Music Festival are proud to announce its return for the seventh consecutive year. This awesome festival will be taking place at the Carson Creek Ranch on August 6-9, 2017. This exciting news was released only a few days after an exceptionally fantastic event this year. Euphoria 2016 attracted a groundbreaking 50,000 visitors and boasted an insane lineup. With acts like Above and Beyond, Bassnectar, Adventure Club, Crizzly, Cherub, Dillon Francis, Eric Prydz, DVBBS, G Jones, Grandtheft, Pretty Lights, Lil Dicky, STS9, and Waka Flocka Flame, to name a few, the festival can definitely celebrate a successful year.

What To Expect

What should eager fans expect for next year? Euphoria’s organizers will reveal the first edition of the lineup in coming months. However, this is good news for those too excited to wait for information on the artists. Organizers announced some additions to next year’s festival. As part of the announcement, the festival producer Mitch Morales is quoted, “With as competitive as the festival landscape is, we consider ourselves fortunate to be able to return year after year. Our goal, as with each year, is to bring a more enhanced experience to all our fans.”

This “enhanced experience” is definitely something to look forward to. It includes a greater focus Euphoria’s camping experience. One of the exciting new developments for 2017 is that the festival will add an extra day for camping. This goal in doing so is to make setting up easier, as well as giving guests more time to enjoy Carson Creek Ranch. Moreover, the planning committee has focused on making the entire camping process more efficient; making it easier for groups to camp together and reducing waiting times. Additionally, next year’s Euphoria will offer a better shuttle service between the campground and the festival. The shuttle will also transport visitors from the parking lot to the camping grounds; making it even easier to set up camp. Clearly Euphoria’s planners are focusing on a better experience by maximizing efficiency.

Euphoria Goes Green

Another wonderful announcement is that Euphoria will continue its relationship with Keep Austin Beautiful. This alliance was made to provide education and resources to involve citizens with beautifying communities. The relationship started in April 2016. It involves an adoption of Carson Creek that runs through the Ranch, five river cleanups a year, and additional support and activities to aid Keep Austin Beautiful. This special alliance is just one component of a the festival’s larger plan for a eco-friendly initiatives. Euphoria organizers have named this efforts as “Ecophoria.”
