Firebeatz is an elite Dutch music producing duo made up of Tim Benjamin Smulders (born 14 August 1985) and Jurre van Doeselaar. Tim and Jurre have been producing together since they met at art school in Tilburg, Holland.
MUSIC FESTIVAL QUICK FACT: The city of Tilburg hosts many festivals, such as Incubate, Festival Mundial (world culture), Stranger Than Paranoia (jazz), Tilburg Students Festival, and Roadburn Festival. 013 is a modern pop-centre. Paradox is a club for experimental jazz and improvised music. Fontys University of Applied Sciences started a pop-academy in the beginning of the 21st century, and students often perform on local stages.
Playing mostly self-produced records, the duo has delivered countless mainstage anthems, including hit tracks like ‘Dear New York’, Guitar Track’ (with Sander van Doorn), ‘Helicopter’ (with Martin Garrix), ‘I Can’t Understand’ (with Chocolate Puma) and ‘Go’.

It’s been a long 10 year journey for the guys from Tilburg. They continue to be one of the most diverse acts in the DJ arena with big room bangers like “Go”, “Home”, and “Sky High”, progressive jams like “Ghostchild” and their irresistible remix of the 90s R&B classic “The Party”.
