Tmrw.Tday Culture Fest returns this April 28-May 3, in Negril, Jamaica for its fourth edition offering a transformational experience of: yoga + wellness, workshops, musical programming [DJs + live music], and plant medicine [Garden of Mary] teachings. Under the one love vibrations, Tmrw.Tday unites soul rebels with some of the most influential yogis, healers and key note speakers, along with top international DJs and musicians. This year’s event has a stacked lineup, which is sure to keep you vibin’ high throughout the week long event, so we’ve picked some of Tmrw.Tday’s must-do’s below, to check out at this year’s festival!
YOGA
This year’s event has a stacked program of yogis, to ignite your inner strength, and connect you to your mind, spirit and soul. Tmrw.Tday co-founder and spiritual Director Stacy Irie Soul, will be leading her own style of yoga; an alchemy of Hatha, Yin, slow flow Vinyassa, connection with the breath through pranayama and meditation. MUSIC
What’s a culture fest without music? Tmrw.Tday has a curated selection of international DJ’s and live performers for this year’s edition! International DJs Sabo, Art Department, and Lauren Lane are on the bill, along with top reggae acts: Jesse Royal and Yaadcore. You can also check out a very special sound healing session with Darren Austin Hall – as he performs on his crystal healing bowls. Toronto’s Earth People bring their live elements and high vibrations to the dance floor – get ready to dance!
WORKSHOPS
Back by popular demand the revolutionary Future Self Method returns with founder and renowned meditation teacher Peter Oppermann. Leading his Future Self Discovery workshop, Peter takes you on an inner journey beyond time and space to heal your past, meet your future self and manifest your dreams.
GARDEN OF MARY
The Garden of Mary will be held on the final day of the culture fest and is an educational experience in the world of alternative therapies and plant medicines. Enter the garden and take part in speaker sessions with plant medicine experts, reasoning sessions with leaders of the Rastafarian community and explore wonders of alternative therapy and natural healing. Key speakers include hemp activist and the most interesting man in the [Cannabis] world Marcus Bubbleman Richardson, Ganja Advocate and President of Rastafari Ganja Farmers Association Ras Iyah V, and High Priest of the Orthodox Ethiopian Church [The original church of the Rastafarian faith] High Priest Lee.
