GROOVE CRUISE PRE-PARTY AT SAN DIEGO’S

HISTORIC AIR & SPACE MUSEUM

Celebrating the 30th sail this October, Groove Cruise Cabo is extending the party to land, air, and space with their San Diego pre-party taking place from 8pm – 12am on October 9, 2018, the Tuesday before the festival.

Blasting into San Diego’s iconic Air and Space Museum in Historical Balboa Park, the GC Fam will imbue the museum with outrageous fashion, good vibes, and thumping dance music, giving attendees a flavorful taste of the Groove Cruise experience.

Known for its world-renowned collection of spacecraft, satellites, military aircraft, historical planes, ancient artifacts and restoration projects, a surprise lineup of soon-to-be-announced DJs will transform this sanctuary of science into an intergalactic dance party unlike any other.

Entry to the event also includes access to some of the museum attractions such as the Talon Racing Simulators where you can race against your friends on some of the most famous race tracks in the world and the seats mimic the motion of a driving car; the 4D FS2000 Max Flight Interactive Ride which is sharper and more exciting than any indoor thrill-ride on the market and lets guests be pilot, gunner or both as they engage in aerial dogfighting, carrier landings, flight training and aerobatic maneuvers with the finest, most realistic graphics available; the 3D/4D Zable Theater which uses advanced 3D technologies, employs interactive seats and unique special effects built into the theater itself—plus much more!

Tickets are $40 for Groove Cruisers who purchase by logging into their Whet Travel accounts, $50 for guests and $50 at the door. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Whet Foundation, a 501c3 dedicated to brightening the lives of children in the destinations Whet Travel chartered cruises sail to.
