WIth BECK and THE NATIONAL headlining this year as well as a solid line-up of 30 up and coming and already established artists like BEST COAST, DAWES, AND PHANTOGRAM, First City Festival offers a beautiful coastal setting as well as a local marketplace in the Monterey County Fair and Event Center in California. First City Festival is the only festival to have a groundswell marketplace on site, where at their Unique USA Marketplace, festival-goers can find quality fashion and home goods made by artisans promoting conscious consumerism.
 As a smaller festival, festival-goers are guaranteed great spots to watch their favorite performers. It also hosts a vinyl swap called The Beat Swap as well as a full carnival with rides and games. On site there will be a craft-beer and wine garden supplied from world-renowned northern Californian vendors. Contortionists and Vaudeville performers also roam this festival, which really does seem to have a bit of everything. The second year of this festival promises a laid-back atmosphere for you to sit back with a glass of Californian wine and listen to some award-winning musicians.

Two-day GA tickets are $159.50 and VIP passes are $289.50. There is also a no service fee and a “layaway” option. Additionally, hotel and shuttle packages are available for purchase. The festival is for all ages and will run from 12pm until 11pm each day.
