Milwaukee’s Summerfest Announces First Round of Headliners

Festival season is rapidly approaching and the first wave of headliners for Milwaukee’s Summerfest are OUT. This year’s fest will take place June 24-28, June 30 – July 5.

If you aren’t familiar with Summerfest…you should be. Being a Wisconsin native, Summerfest is one of the highlights of the summer and a festival I have been attending for nearly ten years now.  It is almost two weeks long, held along Milwaukee’s scenic waterfront and plays host to some of today’s largest artists along with up and comers and local artists. The grounds is home to 12 stages, all of which are included in the mere $15 daily pass, with the exception of the headliner American Family Insurance Amphitheater stage, which are tickets purchased separately.

Celebrating their 53rd year, the first round of headliners are as follows:

June 24—Justin Bieber (with Kehlani and Jaden Smith)

June 25—Luke Bryan (with Morgan Wallen)

June 26—Sam Hunt (with Kip Moore)

June 27—Khalid (with Jesse Reyez)

June 28—blink 182 (with Special Guests Coheed and Cambria, The Used, and grandson)

June 30—Chris Stapleton (with Sheryl Crow + other Special Guests)

July 2—Dave Matthews Band

July 3—Halsey (with CHVRCHES)

July 4—Guns ‘N Roses

Additional headliners and the full line up for all 12 stages will be announced in the next few weeks.
