If the announcement that SUNcéBeat’s much-loved sister festival Southport Weekender is to host a London debut this summer isn’t getting you pumped for festival season, the third wave lineup for the 8th annual event should! Delivering their biggest line-up to date, SUNcéBeat offers a masterclass in soul, house, and R & B for the week-long event under the sun.
The Lineup
SUNcéBeat’s latest headliner announcement is an artist who perfectly encompasses the organizer’s long-standing affiliation with classic house, Louie Vega. The Grammy Award winning DJ is irreplaceable within the scene he has helped build for over 20 years, and his return to SunceBeat is always a highly anticipated one! Louie Vega’s wife, Anane Vega, will be joining Louie at SunceBeat this year. This addition further emphasizes the festival’s tight knit community feel.
Other artists joining the Vega’s this year include Def Mix representative Hector Romero, rising star of the French house community Manoo is also amongst the latest names, plus soul Star Natasha Watts who is set to perform live.
