Year-End Festival Lights All Night is Returning To Dallas

Lights All Night

The 10th annual Lights All Night is one of the longest running end-of-the-year parties in Dallas and across the country. The lineup was just announced for the event that will be returning to Dallas Market Hall near downtown Dallas. This year, Lights All Night will take place on Friday, December 27 and Saturday, December 28 of New Year’s Eve weekend. Two-day GA tickets, as well as various VIP packages just went on sale today here.

MUSIC LINEUP

To help celebrate the milestone anniversary, Lights All Night (LAN) will look to welcome to its stages some of the world’s most sought-after dance and electronic music acts.

On Day 1, LAN will play host to perennial chart-topping producer Skrillex, who continues to tease new music as a solo performer. Just this summer, the producer released a wave of new music featuring artists like Ed Sheeran, Ty Dolla $ign, Lykke Li, and TroyBoi, among others, with more likely soon to come. Also hitting the stage will include critically-acclaimed and 2019 GRAMMY Awards nominee DJ Porter Robinson’s side project and alter-ego, Virtual Self. His alter-ego is an homage to the 90s and 2000s-style electronic music that inspired Robinson to first produce music.

Festival alumni and oft-labeled “Godfather of bass music” Bassnectar will take the stage to headline and close-out the festival on Saturday. Also set to headline Day 2 includes Chicago-based DJ and production duo Louis The Child, who most recently partnered with X Games to create the event’s official new anthem, “Big Time”.

Other notable performers currently announced includes Austin’s own DJ duo Tritonal, considered by many to one of the biggest DJ acts to ever hail from the state of Texas; UK-born dubstep producer Zomboy; Las Vegas-based electro-house DJ 3LAU; and up-and-coming DJ/producer Slushii, who just released his third album Dream this past December; as well as Kayzo; San Holo; Herobust; Elephante and more. Lights All Night Lineup 2019

LOCATION

Since its inception in 2010, LAN has sought to bring attendees a festival experience unlike any other, featuring a highly curated selection of the world’s most sought-after electronic, dance, pop and hip-hop music acts. Lights All Night has become one of the country’s premier year-end celebrations to welcome the year to come with over 500 music performers and 300,000 guests having attended the music festival since inception in 2010.

LAN celebrated its ninth year last NYE weekend with a fourth consecutive year at Dallas Market Hall and more than 30,000 fans in attendance at the two-day sold-out event in Dallas. In 2018, LAN once again offered festival-goers of all ages access to some of today’s top electronic and hip-hop acts across the globe, including Kaskade, Tiësto, Diplo, Gucci Mane, Rezz, Excision and more.

STAGES AND THE EXPERIENCE

Having played home to Lights All Night since 2015, Lights All Night is excited to once again return for a fifth year to Dallas Market Hall, located just minutes from downtown Dallas, Texas. This year’s event will see the return of the festival’s two main stages. There will be countless of awe-inspiring moments as the Supernova stage features a world-class LED screen production spanning the size of a football field. The Intergalactic stage is designed to mirror a European-style and intimate club environment in addition to the return of the fan-favorite Silent Disco (Disco Galaxy).

The festival’s two other stages are being transformed into hyper-intimate outdoor themed stages being taken over by some of today’s top dance music record labels and collectives including the Night Bass Takeover featuring Night Bass Records. Night Bass Records was founded by 2019 performer and returning Lights All Night act AC Slater as he looks to shed a light on under-represented acts in the UK Garage, Grime and House sub-genres. The second special stage takeover features GRVDNCR, a Brooklyn based artist management company founded by Eric Silver from noted electronic music label System Recordings.

Several upgrades made last year will return including a massive outdoor area featuring fire pits and some of the best local food trucks in the DFW area, as well as multiple free water stations throughout the mixed-indoor/outdoor facility. More details regarding Lights All Night ever-evolving layout and design, including information surrounding art installations and stage production, will be revealed closer to the festival dates.
