Fresh off the release of the official music video for “Love Again (feat. Ouici),” Keys N Krates is poised for another tremendous year. Since their sensational Midnite Mass EP dropped roughly one year ago, and Keys N Krates took home “Dance Recording of the Year” at the 2016 Juno Awards for the lead single from the EP “Save Me (feat. Katy B),” the trio remained characteristically industrious with their busy release schedule and eponymous tour. With one of the most dynamic live sets to hit the electronic world, The Midnite Mass tour saw Keys N Krates play to enormous crowds on festival stages such as Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, EDC Orlando, Pukklepop, Osheaga, and WayHome in addition to releasing an official remix of CHVRCHES’ hit single “Bury It.” Throughout the tour, the band also continued to flex their mixing skills, spinning official afterparties on several stops and recording mixes for Sway In The Morning, Insomniac’s Night Owl Radio with Pasquale Rotella, The FADER, and Mixmag’s Lab live at Nocturnal Wonderland. Keys N Krates followed by putting an exclamation point on 2016 with back-to-back performances at Decadence in Denver and Resolution in Houston.

In little time, KRANE has become a household name in the underground bass music scene. Boasting a raw, cutting-edge trap sound, he was featured on TOKiMONSTA’s standout 2015 single “Put It Down” alongside Anderson .Paak. That same year he launched his “SESSIONS” initiative, an ambitious project where he offers up his collaborative efforts to give talented, underground producers more recognition. Artists submit work-in-progress tracks and KRANE selects his favorites to finish and ultimately release as free downloads. “SESSIONS” has proved to be a success, spawning popular collaborations with Dabow, Lotus, and New Noise artist Havok Roth, among many more. “SESSIONS” is just another reason to love KRANE, giving up & coming artists an opportunity to break through the constant noise of the EDM world and make a name for themselves.

Last year, KRANE took the world by storm, landing on A-Trak’s Fools Gold imprint with “I’ll Be Good” before releasing official remixes of Keys N Krates’ Dim Mak single “I Know U” and K.Flay’s indie-pop smash “FML,” which has been streamed over 2.1M times on Soundcloud and YouTube combined. Keeping the momentum alive in 2017, KRANE recently dropped “Akira,” a heavy trap number produced together with Ekali. What sets the Oakland-based producer apart, however, is his knack for sound design, as his sample packs are used prevalently by fellow producers and musicians. It is that versatility, among many other traits, that prompted Dancing Astronaut, RunTheTrap, and Noiseporn to name KRANE a 2017 “Artist To Watch.” His most recent sample pack, ‘Krane Samples Vol. 4″, is available via Splice Sounds.

As “Right Here” begins its ascent up the charts, you can catch both acts live on tour on one of the dates below.
