Lucy Angel isn’t a household name in the world of country music lovers just yet but you can expect to hear more and more of them now that their debut album has hit store shelves. The self-titled album, Lucy Angel was a labor of love for the three musicians behind the name who just happen to be a pair of sisters and their mother. The LP is available exclusively at Walmart and Target.

Lucy Angel has an upbeat, pop-country sound backed with an array of stringed instrumentals and highlighted by the soft harmonies of the three women’s voices. The LP features 13 tracks including the single “Crazy Too” which makes fun of the overpowering effects of infatuation. Check out the lyric video for the song below:
The family dynamic is a huge emphasis for these Nashville natives who’ve been playing music together semi-professionally since 2003. In anticipation of their heightened musical success the band, comprised of members Kate, Linday and Emily Anderton, even participated in a reality TV series highlighting the music and antics of them and their extended family.
