This past week, R&B singer-songwriter Mitch hosted a listening part for his new project, SPACE. The event took place at The Room in Los Angeles where friends and celebrity guests celebrated his new album. Arin Ray, DJ Vision, Melody Thornton, Miss Diddy are just a few who attended the party.  Mitch is known to working with YG, who also made an appearance to show support for his labels up and coming R&B star.

The newly signed artist to 4Hunnid/Interscope brought together artists, tastemakers and industry professionals alike. The album features 14 tracks, including his lead single, “Jersey.” Mitch uses his own sound along with production from Hymnbeats, Swish, yaboyNOIS, Cardiak, and B Korn. He is looking to find a sound between rap and R&B attracting fans from different genres of hip hop music.

YG signed a deal with Interscope two years ago for his label 4Hunnid, which Mitch is signed to. Mitch and YG make a great pair as Mitch as been featured on tracks such as “IDGAF” and “I Ain’t Lying.” YG wants to show the rest of the world what he saw in Mitch when he brought him along the Fuck Donald Trump tour back in 2016.  Making it in the music industry isn’t easy, but with YG and Mitch’s new album, SPACE, Mitch will be an artist to keep your eye out for in the near future.
