Rangleklods is making noise on the music scene as a rising Danish, electro-pop duo that explores darker, sexy mid-temo beats. They recently released the radio edit of their single, “Lost U,” which was quickly named as a “Track of the Week” by SXSW. The song brings energy with its dance and house elements combined with a sense of melancholy throughout the song.
Rangleklods will perform their first US show this year at the popular art, music, and tech festival, SXSW. Their performance promises live vocals and instruments in addition to their lively sounds from their custom DJ equipment. The duo is made up of Esben Nørskov and Pernille Smith Sivertsen, who pride themselves on creating smart, mentally stimulating club music. Their forthcoming sophomore album is set for release this spring, with more danceable beats and rousing lyrics. “Lost U” follows the release of their other recent single, “Control.”
