Tortuga Music Festival Announces Jason Aldean As First 2019 Headliner

The seventh annual Tortuga Music Festival has announced Jason Aldean as the first headliner for the 2019 event. The three-time reigning ACM “Entertainer of the Year,” Jason Aldean will be bringing his HIGH NOON NEON TOUR to the sandy beaches of Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. Presented by Rock the Ocean and Live Nation, the three-day festival will take place on April 12-14. Hotel packages are on sale now.

Since its beginning, Tortuga Music Festival has quickly become a destination event for fans worldwide. Tortuga has built a reputation as having one of the most dynamic rosters of artists a festival can offer. Rolling Stone has praised Tortuga Music Festival for the “eclectic lineup of musical styles and stars, from slow-rolling gangsta rap to seventies pop-rock and straight up honky-tonk on two sandy stages.”

Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from passes go towards supporting marine conservation and research. Rock the Ocean Foundation, founded by Chris Stacey, is an organization dedicated to supporting research and education about issues impacting our world’s oceans. By teaming up with musical artists, they have been able to increase public awareness about conservation as well as raise funds for research. Attendees can learn more about where a portion of the proceeds go at the festival’s Rock the Ocean Conservation Village. The installation will have exhibits, interactive games, touch tanks, and education about how everyone can make a difference.
